Need help. Suspension Problem

  • Hi guys, just took over a Suzuki swift sport 1.6M 2009. Mileage is 105000

aft i took over, i realize there is a griding sound below at the lower carriage front part of the car.

Went over n bring it to a mech (my 1st time meeting him) and he changed my Absorber mounting, Engine mounting and stab bar bush.

Problem was solved, no more grinding sound.

But i noticed that the car was very very bouncy on the xpressway and when i reached home, i noticed that the ground clearance for the front bumper is much lower than before he changed everything.

so i went back to the workshop and ask if they can adjust the absorber higher. he said that its wear and tear and i need to change both of my left and right absorber.

What do you guys think? is there any1 here who is experienced enuff to advice me on what to do? or any honest reliable mechanics to introduce?

    Thank you in advance!!

  • Changed out all front rear as a complete Sus kit.
    Purchase stock for comfort.
    Aftermarket for improved handling

  • A set of OEM suspension from the Suzuki stockist is not that expensive, probably under $500. Worthwhile investment since your car got 3 more years.

I recommend stock unless you can deal with hard suspension.
